This app is focused on helping users develop healthy habits in their day-to-day life. It would emphasize the importance of checking in with yourself and gaining proper awareness of your own habits (whether they are positive, negative, or in between).

Users would enter information on their current lifestyle choices, and the app would provide insight, educated advice, and resources for them to improve their habits.

This would be a gradual process; first and foremost, users would build a habit of entering information through simple prompts on the app (notifications would remind them throughout each day). Then, the app would use its knowledge base to gauge the healthiness of these habits. Depending on the habit, it may offer healthier alternatives, or it may encourage users to continue on their current path.

Target Audience includes individuals aged 16 to 55 who are health-conscious and seeking to improve their overall well-being. This group encompasses people recovering from addiction, as well as those focused on enhancing their mental health and personal growth. Additionally, the audience is drawn to holistic practices and approaches that promote both physical and emotional healing.
